Reliable Transportation Solutions | RTS Associate interview questions

I applied online. I received a text message a week later from a recruiter. I thought that is was odd to be contacted via text and thought it to be a red flag but ignored it. When I first stepped off the elevator, caught the recruiter picking his nose, red flag or just gross? Not sure. Got to the interview part and found out there's a test that I must take. The test was ridiculous. It was questions like Hot is to Cold as Burn is to what? Third red flag. Most jobs that require a test such as that tend to be a waste of time, they tend to be low-paying, non-appreciative of their employees ect. It was a waste of gas. The recruiter did not seem very knowledgeable in general. I didn't feel like there was a level of expected professionalism at all. When asking for directions in the building, the lady at the front desk said "RTS keeps all their crap over there" I don't think the lady worked for RTS specifically, but it was not a good vibe. Should have trusted my gut and saved on gas!
