Interview
One phone screening with technical questions, one in-person interview with six engineers from the same / adjacent departments. Questions were varied, from hand-calc analysis to FEA to manufacturing quality control.

Qualitatively, which regions of a rocket go through the most compressive / tensive forces through different scenarios (ex. side wind load, heavy propellant)
Nice interviewer, but only interview I’ve ever been a part of where it was 30 minutes of straight technical questions, didn’t really ask about my resume at all. By far the most difficult interview I’ve had.
