The interview process is fancy. By fancy I mean it in a positive way, first you are asked a series of questions at your first interview. They prefer their candidates for a job to have or currently be educated. The necessities are having a smile on your face at all times, just as you will be expected to do when you begin working. Following is a video interview, with an area director. They ask you questions about your interests and aspirations.
