Two people interview me, recruiting manager and HR Specialist. Proccess was fine, standard questions. They were very punctual and serious in the proccess. But no questions about ability to close agreement, or experience in the sales cycle proccess, or if I achive my quota annualy... Instead they were very worry about my personal life, in order to find out if I could do extra hours everyday in case they need it. Which is not very helpful for the conciliation proccess that all companies are worry about now.
