Regrello interview questions

Had a few calls with outsourced recruiters and the hiring managers on the team. I had a call where the lead engineer had no questions for me. I asked my questions to him, and his responses were "I do alot of the work myself" but couldnt explain what kind of help or plans he would like to have. Is this a real company? Do they know that if your looking to have the 1st SC to join, the only candidate to accept a job or manager like this is someone who has no experience or that is unemployed. The company overall seemed sketchy as they couldn't explain how they do sales and demos, and meeting the manager just confirmed it.
