It took 1.5hrs to complete verbal and written paperwork for interview. Interviewers wanted staff to do all three shifts and say that they offer flexible working arrangements. Not fair. They shouldn’t force anyone to working against their preference.

Interview
Apply on their website, and luckily you will get a phone call for interview. The staff will give you a form to practice filling out an incident report and leave application. After that, the clinical manager will ask you few questions based on scenario.
