Was asked to attend a group interview with other candidates, which was more of an information session explaining what the teller position was all about. A week later I was asked to come meet with a branch manager and head teller, the interview took about an hour and it was very laid back and they had the basic interview questions.

Have you ever had an angry customer, if so, how did you handle the situation?
Long interview. You feel like you did good and they never call back. I interviewed with multiple people and they asked a lot about job experience. Yet, no call back.

It was a straight forward and simple process. There were two interviews. Both of these were good experiences overall. The process took around 2-3 weeks before getting an official offer.
