Good. Panel was very pleasant and respectful. Process was seamless. From 1st to 2nd interview and then offer took a total of 2 days. The only matter that was a huge negative was that the offer was not properly explained to me. It contained internal lingo that resulted in an almost 33% reduction in my salary versus my previous role. Very dangerous game to play is someone is in employment and left their previous role for what they think was a higher salary
