I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Regal (Garden Grove, CA) in Mar 2016
Interview
I applied online and in less than a week I got a call back asking me to come into an interview the next day. Prior to waiting to be interviewed, I was given laminated sheets addressing each duty applicable to floor staff and dress code. I waited approximately 30 minutes as someone else was being interviewed before me. The interview went great as the interviewer was very kind, friendly, and professional. I received two reference sheets to fill out and brought them into the theater to management two days later. After this, I went on to obtaining a work permit from my school (I am still a minor) and that process took another two days. After submitting all my forms, I was told that my references would be reviewed and I would be receiving a call the following day. When I received my call I was notified that I was hired and that I would be emailed forms to complete and e-sign prior to orientation on Monday. Overall, although the entire hiring process was a bit lengthy, I would say that I am highly satisfied with the professionalism of Regal Entertainment and the outcome of my interview!
