I waited briefly to be called, and was directed to go to a theatre. I shook hands and introduced myself. The assistant manager began asking questions, and then notified me of the job requirements, and the estimated wait time of when I would be contacted, if hired. The interview was very brief, no more than 10-15 minutes.

Fairly easy interview at the time that I did it. It was over the phone to schedule and then in person. Interview had easy basic interview questions about strengths and weaknesses and also availability.

It’s a one-on-one interview in person at the theatre with a manager, so just take a deep breath, stay calm, and don’t put too much pressure on yourself. The managers are very kind, patient, and understanding, and they really just want to get to know you as a person. Be yourself, speak honestly, and let your personality come through naturally—you’ll do great.

The interview was very brief and quick because they were looking for new employees due to its grand re-opening. She asked if I worked somewhere before and where and that was all.
