I got a call and came in to talk to management for a few seconds. They hired me only because I had a referral. They didn't know who I was since they lost my application and both copies of my resume that I gave them, but why not hire me?

pretty smooth, they ask you basic questions on how i would do things in a fast-paced environment and how it makes me feel when helping a customer and how i would give them good service
It was a good interview process and I appreciated the managers approach to the interview. I enjoyed the tour of the facilities. I enjoyed working there, and liked the people that I worked with. Everyone was really nice.

Interview
Scheduled the interview over the phone for a couple days out. Came in, got taken to the back for about 15 minutes, and told they'd call mr back in the next couple days.
