I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Regal (Wilmington, DE) in Nov 2016
Interview
Very laid back. The manager was easy-going and I didn't feel a lot of pressure during the interview at all. He wasn't there to intimidate me; he seemed like he was genuinely interested in why I wanted to work there/how I thought I would thrive there.
Asks questions about experience with customers and how to deal with messy situations. Must be willing to have a flexible schedule and be able to work long shifts. Very good overall and very kind people.
Met in person for 30-ish minutes with two managers who were just a few years older than me. They asked questions ranging from my past experiences to my love for film and availability.
