Interview
The interview process was very straightforward and professional. I met with the manager, who asked about my availability and previous customer service experience. The atmosphere was friendly, and the questions were easy.
Asks questions about experience with customers and how to deal with messy situations. Must be willing to have a flexible schedule and be able to work long shifts. Very good overall and very kind people.
Met in person for 30-ish minutes with two managers who were just a few years older than me. They asked questions ranging from my past experiences to my love for film and availability.
