Ref La Jolla is located at the UTC and my interview was held outside in one of the lounge areas. The store manager interviewed me and began background about herself and then some simple questions like tell me about yourself and past experience. Why do you want to work here. And then she talked about Ref Core Values and asked me to relate to each core value either professionally or personally. Then was asked about availability then job offered on the spot.

Very easy, messaged the store manager on LinkedIn when a job was posted and was contacted quickly about setting up an interview. Very typical interview and quite laid back, not stressful at all if you are confident in your skills.
Super quick and typical. Met with one of the Sales Supervisors and was asked typical questions like how to deal with certain customer scenarios and how I work with a team.
