Interview
1. Asked about your work history. 2. Asked you to describe a project in more detail. 3. Asked why you decided to something a particular way. 4. Asked why you wanted to work for Refme. 5. Asked which project you're most proud of and why.
Interviewers were friendly but not particularly engaged. There were no questions to test your ability as a UX designer. Mostly questions were related to teamwork and judgment.

Interview
I did the interview in the early company stage, so maybe the interview process right now is slightly different. I was asked to do an iOS exercise about storing some date into a database and allowing the user to delete date from a list. After passing the first interview phase I was asked to do an in-site phase where I had to answer to few technical question mostly about iOS.
