Very helpful staff who aided the creation of my CV with interest in making it more specific to customer service roles and gave great feedback on my amendments. Very helpful in giving all the relevant information on placements.

Some competence based questions based on the position applied for
Short, precise and they asked various questions. They questioned me about past skills, but it seemed like there was no progression in any job i would have found. It was overall a very orthodox and neutral experience
Simple questions, nice people. Had initial phone call with recruiter, then virtual meeting with some of the team. Was offered interview at next stage but declined as revived another offer
