Interview
It was a fairly easy process with a few logistical quirks. I had 3 interviews at 2 different times. IT was tough since I was employed and they did not offer online interview options or off hours.

Question 1
They asked a lot about my experience in the markets they are involved in. Cannabis is a huge one, health care, interior buildouts, and a few others. They were looking for someone who was very diverse and could manage multiple projects at a time. This was super important to them.
