      I interviewed at Reebok

      Interview

I had a 15 minute phone screening with HR where the only thing we did was go through the interview process by specific timeline dates. He mentioned the hiring manager had already seen my resume and was very interested in me as a candidate, so I was anticipating speaking with him/her next. The day after I was told candidates would be informed of next round interviews, I hadn't heard back so I politely followed up via email with the HR contact who ended up ghosting me. I'm not a fan of this becoming the "norm" in our industry, or any industry for that matter, especially after having some sort of personal communication. I felt the screening lacked any sort of filtering of why I wouldn't have made it to the next round, especially considering I was told the opinion of the hiring manager.
