Redwood Trust interview questions

Very friendly, looking mostly for culture fit over anything tangible. There were few quantitative questions, but lots of informal discussion about the kind of person I am. The interview was approximately 30 mins each (there were two interviews.)

Single interview round with two interviews and two interviewers. They were friendly and considerate and didn't ask particularly technical questions. I was impressed by their casual yet professional mannerisms, but I was their first interviewee which may have meant that they just weren't warmed up to be more intense.
