They used scenario based questions. There was a primary interview and then a secondary interview with different managers. Both used scenario based questions. I was offered the position via phone call about 2 weeks after my secondary interview.

Describe a time when you had to accommodate someone with an unpleasant attitude. How was the situation handled.
The interview was in person, at one of the facilities. Comfortable environment and easygoing interviewer. I was asked about my personal experiences and what I was looking for in the position I applied for.
