5 rounds including the phone screen. The first 3 rounds seemed fine, as the hiring manager and director of IT asked the right amount of hands on screening questions.
Was told after the 4th round with the CEO there were a few more folks to talk to. After that round I didn't hear anything for a few days.
I checked with the internal recruiter and they ended up changing management direction and told me none of their re-defined roles did not align with my skill-set.
This was kind of infuriating after wasting a month with their undefined interview process only for a revamp of the position and told 100% incompatibility.
I should have declined the moment I was told there were more conversations after the CEO. This was such a 180 turn..
I should have heeded the other interview posted about the company wasting time, but now I know and hope future candidates keep all of this in mind.
