      Front of House Interview

      20 Apr 2013
      Anonymous employee
      Senoia, GA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Redneck Gourmet (Senoia, GA) in Feb 2013

      Interview

I went in there expecting nothing. I had been actively and aggressively searching for a job for quite a while, and especially in these times, it's extremely difficult to find employment of any kind. Everyone that worked there and greeted me were very friendly and welcoming, and I was given advice to keep coming in and calling, since being persistent usually paid off with the manager. After about three weeks of trying, I landed an interview. The interview process was fairly simple and straight-forward. I left without a job, but was informed that chances of employment were high since someone was leaving. A few days later, I was offered the position and started training promptly.

      Question 1

There were really no unexpected or difficult questions. I think the most difficult thing to communicate on my end was my availability. My situation didn't allow me to work whenever I could because I had other personal obligations to attend to that prevented me from having full availability.
