First, I applied via EdJoin. Then, i Received an invitation to interview from a district official . My interview was a Zoom interview with two administrators and a department chair. I Received an offer after a few days

Describe a classroom management problem you had and how you handled it
3 interviews to become an option for hire in the district. Then need to complete a fourth interview with the school principal. About 20-30 minute interview and asked about 5-6 questions.
