I received an email about 2 weeks or so after I applied and setup a call for the week after that. I had two rounds of interviews that involved the Director of Partnerships and the Director of Education Departments. Both interviewers were friendly, to the point and were transparent about the role and what was expected of me in the position. The interviews felt like conversations and helped me understand the community working behind their Education Department. I did receive an offer letter and when I had questions about that (benefits, hours, etc.) they were quick to answer any questions.
