I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Redgate Software (Cambridge, England) in Sept 2016
Interview
Three step interview, went pretty fast, no HR type questions to deal with. First was a skype interview with a quick code writing test, then a 2 hour technical interview with two engineers from the company. The last interview lasted for about 45 minutes and was just a conversation about me, about the company and how I would fit in.
I interviewed at Redgate Software (Cambridge, England)
Interview
The first round was a phone screen interview. Was invited for the second round technical interview, where I was given a small project to find any bugs or improvements, and was asked to extend a small functionality.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Basic programming questions related to C# on the phone screen round. The technical interview included writing tests and extending a C# function to format print output.
First, submit cv and CUSTOMIZED cover letter. This basically determines if you get a call back. Then the telephone screening stage. Then on-site, then culture fit interview. Process went smoothly, with engineer. They were very friendly and helpful.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Redgate Software (Cambridge, England) in Aug 2021
Interview
3 interviews.
First one was a telescreen with a short chat, and some live coding exercises - took around 30 minutes.
Second was around 2 hours(?) which was a technical exam, starting with writing a console application (you're told what it needs to do) whilst explaining your reasoning, whilst you're doing this a few engineers watch and ask questions. This was then followed by a code reading exercise.
Third was a culture fit interview, which was just answering questions regarding work ethos and team work etc.
