Very straightforward hiring process, even though a bit slow at first. But once they select you, it moves forward quite quickly The challenge was pretty tough both in terms of contents and deadline.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Reddit (Sydney) in Sept 2025
Interview
45 mins with manager, 30mins with global lead to walk them through a strategy presentation I had prepared. Helpful HR organizer. In final interview I received very minimal feedback on the presentation, which indicated which way it was going. Overall positive experience.

Question 1
What would you do if engineering had no capacity for new features?
Had several interviews -- all were very positive in general. The interview process moved very, very quickly (driven from their end) and I was extremely excited and hopeful to land it. Then I started one of the last interviews where, from the very "hello", I knew I had not gotten the role. The entire conversation was in an odd tone of disdain from the interviewer, and I could not tell why s/he even had agreed to meet me -- the disapproval was visible from the very start. I also asked for feedback, and was unable to get any. Quite a bummer!
