The interview process was pretty straightforward. I was introduced to the HR through a friend, had a phone screen/conversation and then I was reached out by a recruiter a day after to continue with the process. Then came the on-site interview, I met a total of 8 Engineering leaders, each 1:1 was different and covered different type of topics: technical, management, lunch, AMA and cross-functional interview. Every was person was friendly and made me feel very confortable, to the extend that I didn't feel I was being interviewed, rather I felt we had good quality conversations.
