I got the phone first then interviewed with team manager. two days later, coding and whiteboard, coding is a simple UI change for 1 hour, whiteboard is the design of board game for 45 minutes

Interview
Got call from agency. Had quick chat with HR first followed by meet and greet session with two engineering managers. Did not progress after meet and greet. The reason was less experience in golang, react and ruby, which was all in my resume already. I recommend not to apply if there is no react and Ruby in your skill set.

Fairly typical interview for Melbourne. People were nice, Salary offer wasn’t the most competitive but not terrible.
