We are really sorry that you had a negative experience at Redbubble, and we thank you for bringing this to our attention. Not everyone takes the time to give the nuance of how a situation made them feel and we sure do value your thoughts on the experience. We love looking for creative ways to doing things differently, but we hold ourselves accountable when we think something may have drifted away from its intended impact.
