Redbrick Academy interview questions

This was by far the most unprofessional interview process of my entire career. I arrived 10 minutes early to the expected start time of 12pm, by 1.20pm I left the building yet to have been called for my interview. Upon arrival it was difficult to find the venue, having found the venue there were multiple other candidates waiting in what appeared to be the main area. I was then taken to a separate room and left to wait without a single word from any member of staff for 30 minutes. Then I was collected and moved to the initial room by a staff members without anyone working being able to answer how much longer myself and the remaining candidate would wait for. After asking multiple times about the wait and being told “10 minutes” many times a further 40 minutes had passed. At this point the inability of anyone working there to answer questions and the deep lack of respect shown by management was enough for me to know this is not a business that is worth working for. If they cannot organise a simply interview process I worry deeply for how they are able to manage their business.
