Relaxed interview over Teams. Initial qus - what do you know about org, why this role, where do I see it on my career path. Lots of qus based on experience. It lasted about 45 minutes.

Multiple stages over 2 month process, including competency interview, presentation and other tasks. Ultimately no decision was communicated to me as a candidate despite investing the time in the process. I would be very wary of engaging with them again as their conduct seems unprofessional.
