Throughout the conversation, the atmosphere felt exclusionary and cold—comparable to a 'Mean Girls' dynamic. Rather than fostering a professional environment to discuss the Property Manager role, the interviewers shared side glances and gave short, blunt responses that made it clear they weren't open to a genuine dialogue. They seemed more concerned with internal social dynamics than my qualifications, specifically implying that my success would depend more on being 'liked' by the existing group than on my professional merit.
