I applied early in the month for a technical opportunity (Product Owner) role and they reached out ten days later. A teams meeting was scheduled and confirmed via Calendly for the following day, I thought that was a good sign, perhaps they wanted to move quickly. All this for no one to appear in the meeting. No email or anything. Just ghosted. I waited for about ten minutes before sending an email. I then saw I had 2 missed calls from a Florida number after the fact. Really neat, because now they can claim I ghosted them even though we scheduled a teams meeting, not a phone call. For a company that prides themselves on their culture, yadda yadda yadda, their representation has shown to be lacking to say the least. Update: Another recruiter did respond to my email later on that same day giving me the option to reschedule. Mistakes happen, but be wary.
