Interview
Interview process was weird. The first interview I had was regular interview with 2 district managers and they just asked the usual questions. I had got a call back and they wanted to move forward to the next step, which was a “in market trial”. Basically I met up with one of the district manager at a few stores and saw how to do the job. Not sure why this was necessary if I had experience in the field that I applied for. The final interview was an interview with the General Sales Manager of the plant.
Very conversational interview. If you converse naturally and go in confidently they will like you. They ask about yourself, how you handle difficult customers, how you can contribute in a team or as an individual. Your values as a person.

They asked what is the number one value you think you should have once you start this job.
goes well including behaviour questions 2 steps of interview with screen and online and just be confident it is okay even if u failed no worries just waiting for the infor, if no contact in one week means u failed.
