Online video interview with time questions ranging from 2min - 3mins, mostly competency based (see below). Then invited to face to face interview at RB London whilst also completing a Business Case task where you are given a set a huge data set of actuals vs forecasts for multiple customers over multiple product lines and have to present performance back to 2 people within 45mins.
Overall fantastic process, great company and great people.

Straightforward interview process - not too many layers involved. The people that interviewed me were easy to talk with, very casual experience. The questions were consistent and I felt heard throughout. Well-organized process from the recruiter.

Very friendly interview with both HR and hiring manager. They ask generic hr questions like why RB you choose, what you think about RB etc. They turn back in three weeks.

Great vibe, great communication and very informative interviews. The interviewing manager was asking real life scenarios and I had a feeling he was looking for a team player, not an employee. The overall process took 4 meetings, including excel test during one of the meetings.
