Erstmal wurde ich mit einem eisgekühlten Redbull aus einem der Redbullcooler von meinem zukünftigen Vorgesetzten nett begrüßt, um daraufhin in einer gemütlichen Sitzecke ein ehrliches Vorstellungsgespräch zu führen. Man war gleich per Du und es war ein sehr entspanntes, aber mit vielen Fragen bestücktes Gespräch. Nach einer knappen halben Stunde war das Gespräch dann zu Ende und man bekam 1 Woche später per Telefon über eine Zu- oder Absage bescheid.

Creating a case study for a hypothetical event on campus, created a presentation with a prompt and hypothetical budget. Presentation was 15 minutes long and was the last step of interview process.

Video recorded answers then In-person interview at the office. Was not too bad I recommend good lighting for video. Just be honest and try and bring out good energy! You only have once chance to record the video answers.

Smooth, not very professional though. There were Lots of candidates and there was also a group discussion and team activities. It was held in a hotel with the whole field marketing team present
