Bonne expérience sur un schéma de recrutement maitrisé et valorisant. Test de personnalité effectué qui permet de se connaitre et de rafraichir certains pendants de sa personnalité. Très intéressant .

Assessment centre is quite brutal. The activities are not bad but after each they call out half the groups names and send them home. Activities included presentation about who inspires you in front off all other candidates as well. A group task ( the one where they give you about 30 items and you have to pick 7 you would take if you were stranded.) here they assess your contribution to the group and your communication skills. After this half the group gets sent home. then the next activity is more sales related and something to with the job , so make sure you have some prior marketing or sales knowledge about how and where to display items in a shop to attract the most attention. The as a group you present back to everyone. after this half the group will get sent home and the remainder of candidates get a 1.1 iterview
