The interview with the recruiter was actually an amazing experience. She made me feel confortable, asking me normal questions and checking my previous experience/skills. Unfortunately, they cut me off from the process explaining that, as they work with LATAM market, the team would only incorporate a native Spanish speaker, which means that my C1 Dele Cervantes global certification does not count as proficiency.ç They seemed to be a multicultural and open minded company but in the end, I was not allowed to continue in the process.
