The interview process was smooth and efficient. I submitted my application and received correspondence the week after by a recruiter to arrange an interview. The interview took place on site, and lasted around an hour. The questions were very engaging and focused on specific scenarios.

I explained that I always start by analyzing the specific parameters of the process, identifying any deviations from the expected performance, and then collaborating with cross-functional teams (such as engineers and quality assurance specialists) to pinpoint the root cause. This methodical approach ensures that any issues are addressed promptly while safeguarding compliance with GMP and GLP standards.
