Interview
First stage was a telephone interview with talent acquisition. Second stage was a panel interview with the Senior Team. The first stage was purely assessing whether I had adequate procurement knowledge and expertise. The second stage was ensuring I was going to be a sufficient fit for the culture.

4 rounds of interview- 1 - initial screening by HR 2- functional manager, 3 global director 4 hrd. They tell you immidiately after the round, whether you are selected. 2 round was about 35 mins rest were 10-15 mins
