Interview
The first stage was a video interview followed by telephone interview and assessment centre. The video interview was pretty much simple as the questions are pretty straightforward and common interview questions
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Reckitt
Interview
Included a simple online test (mainly reading graphs and finding differences between pictures), a video interview, phone interview and assessment centre. Since this was during the coronavirus lockdown, this was all done virtually (people did not go into the RB building for the activities).
