Interview
I applied through my on campus portal originally and landed first-round interviews. The first round was two 45 minute skype interviews with Senior Brand Managers or Directors. After that I was invited to the final round in NJ. The final round had multiple portions including a group case, individual case, group activity and 1 on 1 behavioral interview.

Question 1
Why RB, behavioral questions about previous experience, plenty of time for questions. Cases were mostly focused on margin optimization. In the group case you are presented with information then required to present recommendations.
not bad. there are multiple people you’ll interview with but the process isn’t hard. just be yourself. know behavioral answers and technical answers about you and your previous jobs. good luck!
group case, individual case, individual interview one day of interview - receive case materials the night before the interview. received interview invite 5 days before, received offer 3 weeks later
Challenging but fair interview process. Be prepared for both behavioral and case-based interview questions. The more rational and methodical you can be with your answers the better. Be prepared to have them try to throw you off by constantly probing on a story or challenge your answers.
