Interview
2 rounds, first round was 1:1 video call with the hiring manager (Head of Technology) and second round was with Head of Technology, outgoing Information Security Officer and Business Support Manager.
First round was outlining the role, my background and how I could see my experience suiting the role and requirements.
Second round was more scenario based, delving deeper into my skills and experience and providing examples of my work against scenarios or the questions asked.

Have I dealt with incident management? What did it look like? Can I give any examples?
I applied for the Partnerships Manager role and heard back within a few days with some follow-up questions. After that, I was invited to schedule a call and sent over my availability, but never received a response. I followed up three times over the next week and didn’t hear back. It was disappointing, especially given my background in accessibility solutions and how closely my experience aligned with the company’s mission. Even a brief update would have gone a long way.

3 step process with Head of Sales, Country Manager and then the Director of Rev.
Presentation of the sales process for a pre-selected sector. Very friendly people and willing to listen, just remember to be precise and to the point.
