This company is DEI focused. Meaning if you are a cis-gendered white male you probably don't have a snowball's chance in hell of getting hired.
I interviewed here virtually, it was a black woman screening for a white woman hiring manager. They were polite enough to tell me I didn't get the job, but I feel systemically discriminated against.
On every email this is their diversity statement:
