The process was quite straighforward, I've submitted my application for a gameplay designer position, which was open at that time. Shortly after I received a call from HR that they would be interested and if I can do a test for them. After confirming I will be ready, I received quite extensive test with well described deliverables and a deadline of one week, The test was checking my creative skills, abitilty to fit my design into existing game with the intention of improving it and it had technical part to check my ability to use Unreal Engine. The test took me around 30-40h to complete and I got confirmation that I should receive a feedback a week after. The feedback didn't come, I've decided to write an reminding email, but it left with no asnswer as well.
After putting lot of effort I would expect that a studio that supposedly value "honesty, teamwork and openess" and is made out of industry veterans would send at least an simple anwser like "sorry, the test result is below our standards" and I would be ok with that, but apparently they don't treat their candidates like human beings.
