I applied online. I interviewed at Reapit in Mar 2026
Interview
Very positive experience with the Talent Manager Jim. Detailed overview of company and role. Although I didn't get through to next stage due to a change in the role itself, I thought the company deserved a positive review. Great energy from Jim, first impressions make a huge difference to candidate experience and the company comes across very well. Most companies would send a generic AI generated message to inform you of bad news but I was called and given very detailed explanation as to why role had changed which I very much appreciated. I would recommend if you are thinking of applying.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Reapit (London, England) in Feb 2024
Interview
A very positive experience. Firstly a call with the talent manager who provided lots of up front information about the position.
Then virtual and in-person meetings with the Head of Marketing. This was also a beneficial experience, lots of transparency throughout. More companies should aim to hire like this.
