Interview
I joined the firm as an experienced agent. The interview process was cordial and efficient. We discussed the systems and training available, compensation structure, administrative and broker support, and contractual terms. Support, training and systems were emphasized in detail. They have been continually improving the tools, training, coaching and support since I joined the company.
