3) A production plant is running with three kinds of machines (A, B, C). There are three machines of each type (A1, A2, A3, B1, B2, B3, C1, C2, C3). The production is organized by machine types with a supervisor responsible for each machine type with a few operators.

Interview
The initial screening was done by an internal recruiter. She was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Then it was followed up with a technical and behavioral questionnaire. Once I got passed that stage then there was an in person interview in which we were given very detailed information about the company and the work we would be doing. It was very informational.
