I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at RealTruck (Pendergrass, GA) in Oct 2025
Interview
I had applied to Order Management Specialist role that is basically what I am doing currently. I was excited to receive the 1st interview and I was shown around the warehouse. WH Manager was fantastic and showed the flow and introduced some staff. I had loved the culture from the get go. 2nd interview was with a Customer Service Supervisor and I felt that it went well - very casual and uplifting. The 3rd interview was with the director of CS. That is where I put on the mental brakes because I felt as if she didn't want to be there, did not like my age or anything that I had to say. Later that week I had reached out to the HR dept to see what the next steps were and I was told that because I didn't ask enough questions (3rd interview) that they will continue looking. It has been close to a month now and the position is still open. They also added a remote version which I applied to as well as a customer service position, I was turned down with a generic email within 24 hours of both submissions. I can't help but feel that i am on the black list of potential hires. All interviewers did state that they are not organized and need someone to help with the inventory between the two separate systems. I think that the entire company is unorganized with as much as they have grown and are still expanding. The worst part, the VP's need to take a look at the SOP's for hiring for positions that do not pay manager or supervisor pay for roles that require that exact experience.
Easy process general tell me about a time questions lasted about 30 minutes if that could have been quicker. Very easy process just one interviewer asked about 3 questions the rest was me providing information about myself
