I apply online in 2021, then I got HR phone call and the video meeting with Hire manager, who is the leader of business analysis team. The HR is really friendly and the interview questions are easy to average.

firstly, I got an online assessment and required to submit in 24 hours ,includes 2 SQL, 1 case study, 1 A/B test. but i failed and got a refused email next day.

I had applied to RealSelf via Glassdoor and, after about a week or so, I received an email from RealSelf with an invitation for an assessment (so I hadn't had a phone screen at all). This assessment was Excel/Google Sheets-based with three distinct blocks - SQL, data distribution, and kind of A/B test evaluation. An applicant should spend no more than 2 hours on this assessment and send it back to RealSelf via the provided link within 24 hours after downloading the test. Although I didn't get an offer, I'd like to thank my recruiter, Leslie Mills, anyway.
